Three Station Double Cup Hydraulic Quench Presses

Simpletec hydraulically operated Double Cup Quench Presses are designed to press quench components like bearing races, gear blanks, etc., in closed dies. Quench pressure, time and oil flow can be set precisely. All operations, except loading of components, are automatic. Machines with one top ram and one bottom ram or up to four top rams and four bottom rams are offered. Machines can be equipped with Computerized Data Acquisition System to record pressing force, oil flow, oil temperature, cycle time, number of components, etc. Pick & Place Manipulators for automatic loading of components can also be provided. Single Station Double Cup Hydraulic Quench Presses

Simpletec hydraulically operated Quench Presses are designed to press quench components like bearing races, gear blanks, etc., in closed dies. Presses with top rams are used for single "cups".
