SIMPLETEC Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine for Pipes are design for testing cast iron pipes, seamless tubes, shell, etc. with water as the test fluid and test pressures up to 200 bar. Higher test pressures can also be offered. Loading of pipes, positioning/aligning for testing and transfer to the next station (for further operation) are all fully automatic. Two pipes are tested at a time. The rig is of robust design with no requirement of manual handling of parts.

SIMPLETEC Test Rigs for Hydraulic Cylinders are designed for testing hydraulic cylinders as per IS:10586 and as per various international standards for pressure test, drag test, cyclic test, endurance test, leakage, etc. Test pressure, drag pressure, oil flow, oil temperature, number of test cycles, etc. are displayed a HMI and can be recorder with the help of Data Acquisition System in graphical tabular formats.

The 400T, 600 bar test rig is suitable for hydraulic cylinders up to 250 mm bore. Higher/lower capacity rigs are also offered depending upon the specific requirements. The length of the test rig for 2500 mm stroke hydraulic cylinder is 8500 mm. Test rigs for bigger/smaller cylinders are also offered.

SIMPLETEC Mobile Hydraulic Pressure Testing Machines are offered with system pressure from 300 to 550 bar. These machines are portable, light weight and of very sturdy design. They are noise-free. Test fluid is hydraulic oil and can be used for testing hydraulic fittings, hydraulic hoses and small parts. The machine is provided with a pressure regulating valve and a manual valve to load and unload the test pressure.
