Plate Calendering Press

Simpletec plate calendaring presses with 7 to 21 rolls for 4 mm to 30mm thickness plates are specifically designed for straightening plates/sheets. These are used for electric panels, railway wagons, ships etc. Our range is provided with hydraulic cylinders to give pressing force of 10 to 250 T that depends upon the thickness of plates and machine capacity. Sturdily constructed, both the top and bottom rolls are driven at the same speed through heavy duty gearbox. Further, we also quality test these machines on various standards to meet international quality standards.
