Quench Press

SIMPLETEC hydraulically operated 3-Station 25T Quench Press is designed to press-quench small components like bearing races, gear blanks, etc., in closed dies. Quench pressure, time and oil flow can be set precisely. The pressing force and the quench oil flow can be seen on a HMI provided in the electric panel. Each station can be operated independently by one operator. Except loading of components, all other operations are automatic. Pick & Place Manipulators for automatic loading of components can also be provided.

SIMPLETEC hydraulically operated 3-Station 40T Quench Presses is most commonly used quench press in the bearing industries. Each of the three stations works independently and can be set for different components, if required. All operations, except loading of components, are automatic. Pick & Place Manipulators for automatic loading of components can also be provided. The ram pressing force can be precisely set from 5T to 50T. Pressing force and quench oil flow can be seen on the HMI provided in the electric panel of the machine.

The quench press can also be equipped with Secondary Quench System, complete with Conveyor for removal of the components after the quenching operation. The secondary quench time can be set as required by selecting the conveyor speed.

SIMPLETEC hydraulically operated 3-Station 50T Quench Presses is similar to the 3-Station 40T Quench Press, except it is of higher capacity. Like the 40T quench press, the 3-Station 50T Quench Press is also a widely used model in the bearing industries and several such machines have been supplied to various anti-friction bearing manufacturers.

SIMPLETEC hydraulically operated 3-Station 75T Quench Presses is a heavy duty machine used for very heavy components. Each of the three stations works independently and can be set for different components, if required. All operations, except loading of components, are automatic. Pick & Place Manipulators for automatic loading of components can also be provided. The ram pressing force can be precisely set from 7.5T to 75T. Pressing force and quench oil flow can be seen on the HMI provided in the electric panel of the machine.

Like all other Quench presses, this machine can also be equipped with Secondary Quench System, complete with Conveyor for removal of the components after the quenching operation. The secondary quench time can be set as required by selecting the conveyor speed.

SIMPLETEC hydraulically operated Double-Cup 40T+63T Quench Presses is used for simultaneous pressing of the “double-cup” component from top as well as bottom. The component is placed on the skid plate and need not be lifted up to place it on the bottom die. This facilitates loading and automatic unloading/ejection of the component. Quench pressure, time and oil flow can be set precisely. Quench oil flow and the top and bottom ram pressing forces can be seen on the HMI of the machine. All operations, except loading of components, are automatic. Pick & Place Manipulators for automatic loading of components can also be provided.

SIMPLETEC hydraulically operated Double-Cup 50T+75T Quench Press is similar to the Double-Cup 40T+63T Quench Press, but with higher capacity for heavier components. The top ram capacity is 50T and that of the bottom ram is 75T.
