We manufacture Three Station Hydraulic Quench Presses used to press-quench components such as bearing races, gear blanks, etc., in closed dies. The Three Stations are independent but operated by one operator.  Available in various capacities, these machines can be equipped with computerized data-acquisition system to record force, temperature, time etc. Our hydraulic quench presses are automatic and of robust design.

30T Three Station Hydraulic Quench Press

SIMPLETEC 30T Three Station Hydraulic Quench Presses are designed to press-quench components like bearing races, gear blanks, etc., in closed dies. Quench pressure, time and oil flow can be set precisely. Except loading of components, all other operations are automatic. Single station machines with single ram or three station machines with three rams are offered; each ram having capacity of 20 T to 200 T. Machines can be equipped with Computerized Data-acquisition System to record pressing force, oil flow, oil temperature, cycle time, etc. Pick & Place Manipulators for automatic loading of components can also be provided. SIMPLETEC 50T Three Station Hydraulic Quench Presses are designed to press-quench heavier bearing races, gear blanks, etc., in closed dies. Quench pressure, time and oil flow can be set precisely. Except loading of components, all other operations are automatic.  All the three stations work independently, but operated by only one operator. While quenching is in progress in two stations, component can be loaded on the third. Machines can be equipped with Computerized Data-acquisition System to record pressing force, oil flow, oil temperature, cycle time, etc. Machines can be equipped with automatic loading and un-loading systems.
