We offer a robustly designed range of three ram pneumatic quench presses, which are extensively used in bearing, automotive and various other industries.
Our range of pneumatic quench presses are fully automatic, except loading and unloading of components. These are available with single ram or up to four rams in order to meet the different requirements of the clients. Automatic component loading and un-loading can also be provided.

All operations, except loading and unloading of components, are automatic. Machine with single ram or up to four rams are offered.
Data-acquisition System for recording quench oil temperature, pressing force, pressing time, quench oil flow, and number of component pressed can be provided with the machine. Manipulators for automatic loading and unloading of components can also be provided.
