Our Pneumatic Quench Presses are fully automatic, except loading and unloading of components. Automatic component loading and un-loading can also be provided.

3T Three Station Pneumatic Quench Press

SIMPLETEC 3T Three Station Pneumatic Quench Presses are designed to quench press components like bearing races, gear, etc., in closed dies. Quench pressure, time and oil flow can be set precisely. All operations, except loading and unloading of components, are automatic. Machine with single station or up to four station are offered.  Data-acquisition System for recording quench oil temperature, pressing force, pressing time, quench oil flow, and number of component pressed can be provided with the machine.
