The 30T Two Station Pneumatic Quench Press has two independent stations, each having a capacity of 30T.

Pneumatic Quench Presses are designed to press quench components like bearing races, gear, etc., in closed dies. Quench pressure, time and oil flow can be set precisely. All operations, except loading and un-loading of components, are automatic.

Data-acquisition System for recording quench oil temperature, pressing force, pressing time, quench oil flow and number of component pressed can be provided with the machine. Manipulators for automatic loading and unloading of components can also be provided
