Quench Press

SIMPLETEC Hydraulic Quench Presses are offered in various capacities from 25 T to 150 T or higher. The hydraulically operated 25T Quench Press is a very fast and easy to operate. Except loading of components, all other operations are automatic. Loading of component from the furnace can also be made automatic with the help of Pick & Place Manipulators. The machine is suitable for small components. Secondary Quench System and quench oil Chilling Unit can also be provided.

System pressure and quench oil flow can be precisely set as required and can be seem on a HMI provided in the electric panel of the machine.

SIMPLETEC Hydraulic 40T Quench Presses is similar to the 25T Quench Press, but of higher capacity. Like the 25T machines, the hydraulically operated 40T Quench Press is a very fast and easy to operate. Except loading of components, all other operations are automatic.

Loading of component from the furnace can be made automatic with the help of Pick & Place Manipulators. Secondary Quench System and quench oil Chilling Unit can also be supplied with the machine. SIMPLETER hydraulically operated 50T Quench Press is designed for heavy components. Like the 25T and the quench presses, this machine also has automatic component locating/centering mechanism and automatic component ejection unit. Except loading of components, all other operations are automatic. Pick & Place Manipulators for automatic loading of components, Secondary Quench System and quench oil Chilling Unit can also be supplied with the machine.

The pressing force can be set from 5T to 50T and the set pressure can be seen on the HMI provided in the machine along with the quench oil flow to the component. A digital quench oil temperature indicator can also be provided.

SIMPLETEC hydraulically operated 75T Quench Press is recommended for very heavy components. It has all the features of the 50T machine, but of much higher capacity.

SIMPLETEC Pneumatic Quench Presses are suitable for small components with manual loading/un-loading. During pressing and quenching the pneumatically operated toggle comes in line of the component and tool axis and there by does not allow the top tool/die to move up even at a reactionary force of over 50T due to expansion during quenching. Quench oil flow can be set with a manual flow regulating valve and can be seen on the HMI provided in the electric panel of the machine. Quench time is set by the HMI. Compressed air supply at 6 bar is required to run operate the machine.

Manipulators for automatic loading and unloading of components are offered as optional accessories. Machine having single station or up to four stations are offered in various capacities from 3T to 7.5T

SIMPLETEC Pneumatic 5T Quench Presses is suitable for small components with manual loading/un-loading. The machine is similar to the Pneumatic 3T Quench Press, but of higher capacity.

Quench oil flow and quench time can be precisely set and can be seen on the HMI during operation. Manipulators for automatic loading and unloading of components are offered as optional accessories. Compressed air supply at 6 bar is required to run the machine.

Machine having single station or up to four stations are offered in various capacities from 3T to 7.5T

SIMPLETEC Pneumatic 3-Station 3T Quench Press is of extremely robust construction, designed to press quench small components like bearing races, gears, etc., in closed dies. During pressing and quenching the pneumatically operated toggle comes in line of the component and tool axis and there by does not allow the top tool to move up even at a very high reactionary force due to expansion of the component during quenching. Quench time and oil flow can be set precisely and monitored with the HMI provided in the electric panel of the machine. All operations, except loading and unloading of components are automatic. Each station can be operated independently.

Manipulators for automatic loading and unloading of components can also be provided.
