SIMPLETEC Hydraulic Quench Presses are offered in various capacities from 20 T to 200 T or higher. Quench pressure, time and oil flow can be set precisely as required. Except loading of components, all other operations are automatic. The 50T Quench Press is suitable for heavy to very heavy components.
Machine can be equipped with Computerized Data-acquisition System to record pressing force, oil flow, cycle time, oil temperature, etc. Pick & Place Manipulators for automatic loading of components. Secondary Quench System and quench oil Chilling Unit can also be provided.

40T Single Station 3 Ram Quench Press
| SIMPLETEC Hydraulic Quench Presses are offered in various capcities from 20T to 200T or higher. Quench pressure, time and oil flow can be set precisely as required.
The 40T Single Station 3 Ram Quench Press has three independent pressing / clamping systems. The outer ring pressing force is 15T, the inner ring pressing force is 15T and central pressing force of the plug (for expansion) is 10T. The pressing force can be independently varied from 10% of the rated capacities to the maximum.
Except loading components, all other operations are automatic. Machin with single ram or upto four rams are offered.
Machine can be equiped with Computerized Data-acquisition System to record pressing force, oil flow, cycle time, oil temperature, etc. Pick and Place Manipulators for automatic loading and un-loading of components, Secondary Quench System and quench of chilling Unit can be provided.
