SIMPLETEC 150T Rail Testing Machine is designed for testing of rails after welding. Parameters like pressure, tonnage and displacement against time, are displayed in a graphical format on the monitor of the desk top computer provided with the machine. The readings can be obtained in tabular form also. The entire test results are continuously displayed on the monitor and stored in the computer hard disc. Pressure, tonnage and displacement are also displayed on a big size HMI placed in the control pendant.

SIMPLETEC 1200T Rail Bending Machine is designed for bending/forming or straightening of railway tracks. There are two Down Stroking Traveling Presses running on a 9000 mm long track. The bed length is 7000 mm. There are two 300T horizontal hydraulic cylinders which can be positioned as required along the entire length of the bed. The press travel is motorized, actuated through push buttons provided on two electric panels or through remote control pendants. The press is easy and safe to operate. Machines with longer table and higher capacities are also offered.

SIMPLETEC 110T Mobile Rail Bending Machine is a compact, light weight, portable and easy to use machine. The system is complete with a high pressure 550 bar piston pump co-axially mounted to a 150 bar low pressure piston pump, compact hydraulic power pack, electric panel, high pressure hoses, etc. The machine is most suitable for field work.

SIMPLETEC 150T Mobile Rail Bending Machine is a compact, light weight, portable and easy to use machine. The system is complete with a high pressure 300 bar piston pump co-axially mounted to a 150 bar low pressure gear pump, compact hydraulic power pack, electric panel, high pressure hoses, etc. A booster pump is provided to boost the oil pressure from 300 bar to 650 bar. A control pendant is provided for operating the machine. The machine is suitable for field work.

SIMPLETEC Automatic Hydraulic/Pneumatic Rail Stamping and Embossing Machines are offered for stamping or embossing during manufacturing of the rails in the rolling mill. Guide rails are provided to guide the rails to the marking roll. The stamping embossing force can be pre-set as required.

SIMPLETEC Stamping Characters are made from are made from alloy steel suitable to withstand temperatures above 850º C of the rail during rolling. These are designed for quick fitment on to the marking wheel of the Rail Stamping Machine. Characters are also supplied for other stamping requirements.
