Ship Deck Machinery

SIMPLETEC 3T Single Arm Davit is free standing mounted on a heavy base plate, which can be bolted to the ship deck stool. It has working radius of 4,200 mm. The Davit is mounted on slew bearings, specially selected for heavy duty crane operations. The system is of robust design.

The hoist winch and slewing gear are driven by hydraulic motors through heavy duty geared units. The boom is actuated by a heavy duty hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic power pack is placed within the crane body. The crane is provided with a remote control pendant.

SIMPLETEC multi-purpose electro-hydraulic 2T Boat Davit is of extremely robust design. The maximum span of the cranes is 7,200 mm and the minimum span is 1,250 mm. The Davit is free standing mounted on a heavy base plate, which can be bolted or welded to the ship deck. The Davit has variable working radius from 1,250 mm to 7,200 mm. The Davit is mounted on slew bearings, specially selected for heavy duty crane operations. The hydraulic power pack is placed within the crane body.

SIMPLETEC Emergency Power Source is a portable hydraulic power pack which can be used during power failure in the ship. In case of unexpected power failure and even the stand by diesel generator is inoperative or takes time to be stared, the Emergency Power Source is very handy. Normally there is an air reservoir on the deck, which is always kept charged at 6 to 7 bar. The compressed air from the reservoir is used to operate the hydraulic power source to take care of certain emergency operations. The power source is manufactured as per specific requirements, depending up on the hydraulic oil pressure and flow required.
